In this trips, hunting is not realy the main objective. We enjoy the time we spent together and socialising with people from the Outback. It is also a good break from our day to day activites and an opportunity to see the country.

Obviously we all like hunting and the farmers appreciate any help trying to rid the farm of the wild pigs. We normally bring home the best cuts of the pigs we shoot. Wild pig meat is very lean and a bit tough and needs to be cooked properly to be any good. It is very similar to the facocheros we have in Angola.
