We moved to Nowra, Shoalhaven from Burnie, Tasmania in 1996. I was transferred to the Shoalhaven Paper Mill where I worked and the Manufacturing Manager for 5 years. Five years later I was invited by Kembla Copper in Port Kembla to join them and manage their Copper Tube Manufacturing Operation. I work in Port Kembla (a 60 km trip) for two years but we still lived in Nowra.
We had a great time in Nowra, being visited by lots of friends and family from overseas. The next sections of this chapter show some photos of the 7 years we lived in Shoalhaven.
