I decided to prepare a famous Aussie recipe: Besser Brick BBQed Chicked. The chicken is placed on the grill with a Besser brick over it. Unfortunately we have not been able to export Besser bricks to the USA and we had to content ourselves with a cast iron pan and the bacon grilled block. It worked well...
