Belem explains the various phases of oyster growing. The green trap, the first one will hold around 2000 oysters per compartment. The centre one will old around 1000 per compartment. They use a sieve to select the oysters to be moved to the next phase. The last trap on the right is the final one that holds the oysters until they reach their market size.
