This "cute" little car is a lethal weapon. The doors lock automatically when you close them ...even when you leave the keys inside with the engine running!!! The rear window of the car is no longer a window but a million little bits of glass when I had to break it with a rock to escape death by heat exhaustion in the desert.
I decided to drive through the desert to find a Joshua tree, a famous tree that only exists in the Mojave desert and Israel. After a few kilometers into de desert I finally found one that deserved to be photographed. I stopped the car and left the engine running as the temperature outside was around the 50 degrees centigrade.
I took the photograph and when I return to the car I found it locked. I struggled to find a rock in the desert to break a window and get back into the car and the safety of the air conditioner.
