Lightning Ridge is very popular in Australia for its opals. Só existe um outro local na Austrália (Coober Pedy in South Autralia) where opals can be found in great quantities.
Took us almost all day to travel from Nowra to Lightning Ridge, but the trip through the centre os New South Wales is magnificent
