The main entrance of the Bogd Khaan Museum, established in 1926 on the Bogd Khaan Winter Palace. The museum displays objects of historic, religious and artistic value belonging and used by the Bogd Khaan.One enters the museum through the Yampai gate (protective gate on the outside ) with its winding dragons which were supposed to protect the palace against enemies.
