Constitution Dock is where the famous Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race ends during the Xmas period. The race starts on the Boxing Day in Sydney and for almost two weeks yachts keep arriving at the dock. The Taste of Tasmania is an event organised during this period to complement the arrival of the competitors turning that part of the city into a 24 hours party.
